About

I’m Stephen May, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Mindful Healing. My passion is helping individuals find balance, resilience, and renewed hope through personalized mental health care. My approach combines the best of traditional psychiatry—such as evidence-based medication management—with a holistic perspective that considers the whole person. I believe mental wellness is shaped not only by biology, but also by lifestyle, nutrition, environment, and daily habits. By blending these approaches, I work with you to address symptoms while also exploring the deeper factors that may impact your mental health. I specialize in supporting adults with concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. Every treatment plan is collaborative and tailored to your needs, values, and goals—because healing is never one-size-fits-all. What matters most to me is creating a compassionate, supportive space where you feel truly heard and understood. Together, we can uncover new pathways toward growth, well-being, and lasting change.
